With an account of the type Client, you can hire freelancers or agencies for your work. Those whom you hire will be answerable to you the period of the work. After completing the work, you can even give your reviews for the freelancer or the agency- according to your satisfaction about the work.
But with client type account, there is a limitation that you can't register your client account as a freelancer account or an agency account.
